Outlined below is a brief overview of our process from start to finish.

Initial Client Meeting
By the end of this phase, we will determine if we will work together & start your design journey. This can be either completed through a complimentary initial meeting, or alternatively fill out our online project enquiry form to help identify if we are the right match to collaborate with you.

Design Brief
Identify site parameters to learn everything possible about your design goals & space requirements. Enabling us to craft a design that reflects your individuality with optimal functionality.

Concept Design
Our design team will sketch up a design concept that is suited to your individual needs, the site & climate. You will receive a full set of concept plans communicating room arrangements, spatial organisation & site layout. You will be presented with 2D design plans as well as a 3D walk-through. This provides you with the opportunity to view both inside & out of your home so you can clearly visualise what the project will look like. Allowing for efficient feedback & refinement.

Review & Refinement
The opportunity to provide the necessary feedback to the design team so refinements can be made to your design. We want our clients to love every element of their home so it is important not to rush this process. Open communication ensures the build will reflect your personality & be well suited to your lifestyle.

Design Documentation
With your feedback, all further refinements to your design will be completed, providing finalised & full developed set of preliminary drawings. These drawings can then be used to gain building cost estimates from your builder. Ensuring the design aligns with your budget.

It is important to note that any revisions made to your drawings after this stage will incur additional costs billed hourly.

Working Drawings & Documentation
Your design will be converted into a fully detailed set of working drawings suitable for building approval. We will coordinate with all the necessary consultants & building professionals to create a precise, thorough set of construction documents.

Documentation Completion
As your design journey comes to an end, you will have all the necessary documentation for final construction costings & building approval. Our team can send all of the relevant documentation directly to your builder to ensure a smooth & stress free transition. Your builder can prepare a formal quote, building contracts can be prepared & signed. Then the project can be submitted for building approval. Ready for construction to begin.
